Interactive Site Maps (ISMs), also known as Interactive Site Plans (ISPs), enlighten and engage home buyers by allowing them to visualize site-specific floor plan availability for every homesite. Freestanding or Fully Integrated ISMs – Your Choice
Outhouse offers two versions of our ISMs; both are a great value for builders:
Freestanding: Our Gold ISM features clickable lots with pop-outs for notes, which may include anything from available floorplans to lot premiums. Lot status can be updated from the backend or via API.
Fully integrated: With the Platinum upgrade, homebuyers see elevations of available homes. After clicking on a lot, they can access IFPs with accompanying VR tours, visualizers, or other digital assets you would like to incorporate.
Whichever version you choose, your homebuyers will become much more engaged in the sales process, building emotional connections to a specific lot and home, thereby increasing purchase potential.
